About Joan:
Joan Wallen is our Rental Manager extraordinaire! No stranger to the New London/Lake Sunapee area, Joan has held her real estate license since 1982.
After teaching at Colby-Sawyer College, she was a part of the management staff at King Ridge Ski Area for many years, before going on to other endeavors in the ski industry and in public relations. She has been devoting herself full time to meeting her customers’ and clients’ needs at The Milestone Team for the past 22 years, not only with rentals but with sales as well. She also serves on Sunapee Region Board of Realtor’s grievance committee. In addition to her real estate duties, Joan remains involved in the ski industry not only by spending time on the slopes locally and throughout New England, but also through writing for several print and online ski publications. Other favorite activities include paddleboarding, sailing, kayaking, golf and training her Border Collie pup. Joan will be delighted to assist you, whether you are looking for a rental or hoping to rent your home or cottage. In addition to her duties as Rental Manager she is also available to represent buyers and sellers in the purchase or sale of their homes.
